Documents to be submitted with the application:
1. Original registration copy
2. Sanitary certificate issued by Corporation or Municipal medical officer
3. Records and Registers maintained by the institution
4. Details of other institutions run by the Education agency, if any
5. Assets and liabilities including the investments in the banks and other commercial concerns
